We spoke to Kent Booker, Founder, Owner and CEO at Fia Skin and Beauty.
- What made you become an entrepreneur?
My wife Irma made me become an entrepreneur. After I created an Air Primer device for her personal use, she wanted me to make them for all the women who have severely oily skin, just as she had.
- What is the most challenging part of running your own startup?
The never ending chicken egg problems. Need funding to create a product, and need a product to get funding.
- What is the biggest challenge you have faced when looking for funding?
Not finding any since we aren't in revenue. There just aren't any pre-revenue companies out there looking to invest.
- What is the most rewarding aspect of entrepreneurship?
It has been fun to do the development process and to help all the women who suffer from this condition.
