Our Story
The Startup Club was founded in 2019 by Olga Kuznietsova and Oliver Doering with a vision of building a truly international startup community.

What was first named Milan Entrepreneurship Network - a series of pitching events organized by our CEO Olga in Italy - grew into a global startup network. Building upon the online entrepreneurial groups started on LinkedIn, Facebook and Xing by our CFO Oliver, The Startup Club expanded to over 70,000 members. We started doing international events in the first few months of existence, and since then, we expanded in over 15 different countries with over 20 associates building our community across local startup ecosystems.

All our activities, including numerous pitch nights and investor networking conferences, are now taking place online, uniting international players across a variety of growing sectors. TheStartup Club leverages over 50,000 investor connections around the world with a mission to introduce entrepreneurs to funding opportunities.

Co-Founder
Previously founder of Milan Entrepreneurship Network, is the CEO of Startup Club. With Bachelor from King’s College London and Masters from Universita Bocconi, Olga has vast experience in digital communications and event management.

Oliver Doering
Co-Founder
With over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and vast network in the startup ecosystem, Oliver is CFO of Startup Club. He created and now manages our global online community, including social groups and our email database.
