Stock Option(ESOP) Pricing and valuation is the most complicated and quantitative process when it comes to determining the exercise price of Stock Option. The pricing is viewed as consisting of two components: the valuation of the entire business (the enterprise value) and the allocation of portion of that value to holders of Common Stock as ESOP.
Dulal Das is a certified valuation analyst with over 30 years of experience and the Valuation Director at The Startup Club. During the workshop, he will guide you through determining employee stock option fair market value and exercise price.
