Startup Valuation Guide: Seed, Series A & Series B

Valuation is an essential part of fundraising. But given the particuliarities of startup revenue and growth cycle, the valuation process will be different and more complex for early-stage startups.

Dulal Das is a certified valuation analyst with over 30 years of experience and the Valuation Director at The Startup Club. During the workshop, he will guide you through the essentials of startup financing and the particuliarities of valuation, from Seed stage to Series A and Series B. 

The workshop will explore the following topics:

• Methodology for startup valuation

• Difference between Seed stage to Series A and Series B startups

• Specificities and what investors look for in the valuation at each stage

After the workshop, you will receive a certificate of completion.
