Real Estate and PropTech Pitch Night - Sponsorship

The Startup Club is happy to invite you to the Real Estate and PropTech Pitch Night, matching real estate startups to industry-specific advisors and investors while providing opportunities for the general participants to interact.

The event is organised in partnership with BAFO GROUP GLOBAL.  Madite Moalusi and BAFO Group Global work on real estate & proptech investments & businesses in key cities around the world.

Through our Proptech subsidiary, SIH Proptech Investments, we began seven years ago through capital raising for a South African based InsurTech company (focused on rental insurance) from a JSE listed financial conglomerate.

We are also relaunching our urbanization campaign called Love Your City, where we explore the relationship between real estate, technology & people in finding agile solutions for different urban challenges in cities. We have an exciting partnership with the US Proptech Council coming soon!

PropTech startups are welcome from all sectors: online marketplaces, peer-to-peer rent and sales platforms, real estate investment and fintech, construction technologies, smart real estate and more.

STARTUPS are invited to pitch at our event, where a panel of investors will be present. You will be given 5 minutes to present your idea (with the option of using a pre-recorded pitch and/or an explainer video). This will be followed by 5 minutes of questions and feedback from the Advisory Panel, and even interaction from the audience. Real-time feedback is provided to each startup that pitches.
