In the recent decades, PropTech i.e. Property Technology emerged as a facilitator for an increasing demand and supply of real estate services, products & investments to be all encompassing.

The Startup Club is happy to invite you to the Real Estate and PropTech Pitch Night, matching real estate startups to industry-specific advisors and investors while providing opportunities for the general participants to interact.

Join our event to explore your interest  & learn more about how Real Estate startups turn this gigantic industry into a sustainable and regenerative ecological process. Join us also if you want to present your startup to a group of active PropTech and Real Estate investors, or if you simply want to learn more about this fascinating sector.

The event is organised in partnership with BAFO GROUP GLOBAL.  Madite Moalusi and BAFO Group Global work on real estate & proptech investments & businesses in key cities around the world.

Through our Proptech subsidiary, SIH Proptech Investments, we began seven years ago through capital raising for a South African based InsurTech company (focused on rental insurance) from a JSE listed financial conglomerate.

We are also relaunching our urbanization campaign called Love Your City, where we explore the relationship between real estate, technology & people in finding agile solutions for different urban challenges in cities. We have an exciting partnership with the US Proptech Council coming soon!
